1. Nature of Service

This portal is operated by a private consultancy. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with FSSAI. We provide documentation, filing and follow-up assistance for a service fee.

2. Service Fees

The amount charged on this portal is a consultancy and processing fee. Government fees, where applicable, are included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents submitted. Applications rejected due to incorrect or false information are not eligible for a refund.

4. Processing Time

Processing timelines are indicative. Final approval rests with the licensing authority, and we cannot guarantee a specific approval date.

5. Objections

If the authority raises an objection, you must supply the requested documents promptly. Objection handling is included in the service fee.

6. Refunds

Refunds are considered only where we are unable to file your application. Once an application is filed with the authority, the fee is non-refundable. Approved refunds are credited within 7 to 10 working days.

7. Payments

All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. An application is created only after a successful payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for penalties, business losses or authority action arising from your food business operations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
