Your mobile number is verified using a one-time password. We store only your verified mobile number and the verification identifier. We never store one-time passwords.

Your information is used solely to prepare, file and track your FSSAI application, to communicate status updates by email and SMS, and to issue payment receipts.

4. Document Storage

Uploaded documents are stored on encrypted servers with restricted access and are shared only with the concerned licensing authority.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not store card numbers, UPI credentials or bank details on our servers.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Information is shared only with licensing authorities and service providers strictly necessary to complete your application.

7. Data Retention

Application records are retained for the period required under applicable law, after which they are securely deleted.

8. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion of records not required to be retained by law by writing to our support email.
